Campus Building Plans, UTMB, 1964
Founded in 1891, the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston is the oldest state supported medical school in Texas.
This collections consists of one binder of blueprints and a legend of the buildings on campus in 1964. The blueprints include the: Ashbel Smith Building (Old Red), Ziegler Memorial Hospital, Animal Care Center, Waverly Smith Pavilion and many others.
The collection is open for research use. Materials may be viewed in the Truman G. Blocker, Jr. History of Medicine Collections of the Moody Medical Library.
