A Guide to the Ty Embrey Papers, 1994
Ty H. Embrey graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA degree in 1994. He has served as General Counsel for the Texas Senate Natural Resources Committee, the Texas Water Advisory Council, and the Joint Senate-House Committee on Water Resources. He is currently a lawyer with Lloyd Gosselink, Attorneys at Law, of Austin, Texas, who has represented a broad range of clients with legal and policy needs in environmental law and governmental relations related to groundwater, water and sewer utility service, and other environmental matters.
As a student at the University of Texas in 1994, Mr. Embrey wrote a term paper for the HIS 3501 course with Dr. Patricia S. Kruppa, Associate Professor, UT Department of History. The paper was entitled "Mr. (Burnt) Orange: H. J. Lutcher Stark".
