Biographical/Historical Note

Active from 1987-1988 and again from 2002-2004, The Ad Hoc Committee on the Honor Code had the specific task of reviewing and revising the Rice University Honor System and its place in university life. Its members consisted of professors, graduate students, university staff, and undergraduate students; some of whom were also members of the Honor Council, Student Association, or University Court.Records of the business of the Rice University Honor Council such as hearings and trail abstracts, as well as documentation of procedural and constitutional revisions.
