Sula A. Buie was likely a graduating master's student at the University of Texas at Austin in 1926. Her master's thesis is entitled, "Making the Rural School the Community Center," 1926. She also authored "Suspension of the Writ of Habeas Corpus" and "Jefferson Davis and the Suspension of the Writ of Habeas Corpus" at an unknown date.
The Sula A. Buie essays, undated, include two typescript articles in one volume entitled "Suspension of the Writ of Habeas Corpus" and "Jefferson Davis and the Suspension of the Writ of Habeas Corpus."
