Raymond Everett paintings, 1923 and undated
Raymond Everett (1885-1948) taught freehand drawing, painting, clay modeling, and architectural history in the Department of Architecture of the University of Texas at Austin (1915-1948), as well as producing artwork on which he experimented with a variety of media.
The Raymond Everett paintings comprise two paintings by an instructor in the Department of Architecture at the University of Texas. An undated framed painting titled "Old Main Building" (29" X 24") was part of the Dewey Bradford Collection. It depicts the original Main Building at the University of Texas at Austin.
A second untitled painting (23 1/4" X 17 ¾") dated 1923 depicts a Hill Country landscape.
