Charles J. Rudolph Grossmann was an industrial engineer who worked for the University of Texas Bureau of Business Research. He was the author of a report entitled "Possibilities for the Development of Manufacturing in Grayson, Fannin, Collin, Hunt, Rockwall, and Kaufman Counties", 1930, and of "The Possibilities of Cotton Manufacturing in Texas", The University of Texas Bulletin No. 2832, UT Bureau of Business Research, 1928.
