A Guide to the UT Men's Inter-Community Association Papers, 1939-1945
The Men's Inter-Community Association (MICA) for social, religious, and athletic benefit was organized in 1937 as a community for men that were not involved in fraternities. The first president of MICA was Sidney Reagan. MICA reached its height in popularity in the 1950s.
