Historical NoteThe UT East Campus Research Center, today the LBJ Library and Museum Area, was completed in 1971. Sid Richardson Hall was dedicated in January 1971 and the LBJ Library and Museum in May 1971. The East Campus Research Center is located on a 30-acre site on UT’s campus.
