A specialist in marketing and public affairs, Benjamin Bryant co-founded the Bryant Zamberlan Group. Notably, he served as lead editor for the Department of Defense's (DOD) "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" report for Congress as well as a contractor for the DOD's review of the Fort Hood shootings.

Consisting of two CDs and an original print proof and editor copy, the Benjamin Bryant Papers, 2010, document the communication strategy and process behind "Protecting the Forces: Lessons from Fort Hood" and "Report of the Comprehensive Review of the Issues Associated with a Repeal of 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell'" reports. The CDs (1 original, 1 backup) contain an oral history of Bryant and his work on the two projects. The editor's copy of "Protecting the Force: Lessons from Fort Hood" includes notes by Bryant.
