Mildred Abbe, a resident and civic leader of Tahoka, Texas, served on the Regional Health Advisory Council, a subdivision of the South Plains Association of Governments.
This collection may have been originally inventoried prior to the adoption of current standards. Patrons are advised to request any associated Reference File upon visiting the archives to view the collection, as it may provide additional information regarding the organization and scope of the materials.
Contains general and personal correspondence, news clippings and other printed items, plus agendas, reports and other documents relating to the South Plains Area Governments and the Regional Health Advisory Council.
