Administrative HistoryBobby Dixon is the owner of Kollective Fusion, an Austin-based screen printing company. He has been creating "gigposters" or music posters since 1991. Return to the Table of Contents Scope and ContentsThe collection contains approximately thirty music posters that advertise events in Austin venues the Mecury, The Parish, Emo’s, Stubb’s BBQ, La Zona Rosa, Frank Erwin Center and the Austin Music Hall. National venues are also represented. Bands and musicians Big Daddy Kane, Rock the Casbah, Raekwon, Seven Travels, DJ Maseo, Black Eyed Peas, Planet of the Drums, MC Chris, Robert Randolph & the Family Band, DJ Vadim, Wu-Tang Clan, Beastie Boys, Planet of the Apes, De La Soul, Del the Funky Homosapien, Grandmaster Flash, Biz Markie, Mission of Burma, The Killers, Thievery Corporation, Livsavas and Snoop Dogg are represented. The collection also contains poster promoting events such as the Austin City Limits, The Art of Musical Maintenance Poster Show and Flatstock 6.
